This FAQ page answers most of the commonly asked questions from the Kyrrex community.
To get started, you'll need to register. Go to the Sign-Up menu from the kyrrex.com homepage. Fill in the registration form with your email, password, country of residence, and estimated monthly trading volume. Pay attention to the choice of user status: Personal or Business account. Choose the preferred option.
Thereafter, confirm your registration via email to authorize your personal account.
Verification is an important and responsible process necessary to identify the Kyrrex customer. It is needed for anti-money laundering, countering the financing of terrorism (AML/CFT), countering financial crime, and ensuring customer integrity.
You can be verified immediately after registration. You can make a deposit and use some other functions without identity verification. However, you won't be able to withdraw cryptocurrency without verification.
So go to the verification page as soon as possible.
First, you will need to provide your name, phone number, date of birth, nationality, country, and residence address.
You will then be taken to a page where you will be asked to upload a scan of a document proving your identity (passport, ID card, or driver's license). Scan or take a photo of your document and upload it to the verification page.
At the final stage of verification, you have to upload a scan of the document, confirming the address of the residence. Only after that, the moderators will proceed to verify the data. It takes up to 24 hours to review the application. The status of your profile will automatically change to verify if the process is successful.
You can fund your Kyrrex account by depositing crypto assets from your external wallet or a third-party exchange. To do this:
Go to your Dashboard and Wallet tab;
Select the currency you'd like to deposit into your account;
Click the Deposit button and get the address for the wallet of your choice.
We took care of the safety of your wallet. That's why no one can reset Google 2FA without your participation. Make a support request to reset your Google Authenticator settings. Moderators will verify the information and perform the procedure quickly and safely for your account.
We charge a fixed flat spot trading fee depending on your 30-days trading volume. You can find the exact amount of the fee on the page.
Opening a Buy or Sell order in the Kyrrex trading terminal is available even to beginners without any experience in cryptocurrency trading. Select a cryptocurrency pair and specify the transaction volume to open a limit or market order. Thereafter, click the button to open an order.
You can also click on your preferred order price and amount in the order book. That feature will save your time and simplify your work in the terminal.
